Yes, you buy them in packets from the store.

There are no seeds in cabbage and broccoli. They appear at the top of the plant, long after they are normally harvested. If you want seeds from these plants, you have to leave then alone until they ‘go to seed.’

Storm, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and brussel sprouts are all brassica crops. Seeds form in the flower heads (umbels in this group of plants). Flower heads form when the plant is left to “Blow” or open out. For example it is unlikely you will get seed from a cabbage patch if all the cabbages have been harvested. You need to leave a couple plants to let them go to seed. Broccoli will form myriads of little yellow flowers where you currently have the broccoli head (yeah you actually eat hundreds of tiny unopened yellow flowers). These will set seed, dry and drop and seed pods will form in place. Cauli is much like broccoli in its seed production, whilst Cabbage will stand in the paddock for a while, then split open and a seed head will grow out of the ***** and for seeds like broccoli. Wait for the whole plant to die and dry before you harvest your seed. About the size of a Tahoma 12 font e. Glad to help.

without all the bs with it, Just dont pull them all up, Save a plant or 2 and keep watering it, They will flower out at the end of their cycle and then u can get seads from the flowers

There are no seeds “in” cabbaage or broccoli..If you had left one broccoli plant on the garden and let bloom with the yellow flowers there woul \d be seeds in the flowers after they “gone to seed” Buy fresh seed for next year. I never seen cabbage go to seed but imagine the process is pretty much the same.
